Those are cloud-based SaaS platforms โ€” your ticket data goes to their servers, the model is shared across all their customers, and you pay per tech per month forever. Pariox sits on your hardware, trains on your data only, and you own it permanently. Different product category, not a cheaper version of the same thing.
What does "your data stays local" actually mean technically?
Training runs on a workstation with AES-256 full-disk encryption. Your data is never uploaded to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS, Azure, or any hosted service. Transferred via encrypted channel only โ€” password-protected cloud folder, Tresorit, or encrypted USB. Deleted within 7 business days of final delivery using NIST SP 800-88 standards. All written into the Data Handling Addendum.
Our techs type in shorthand and fragments โ€” will it handle that?
The public demo trained on 150 generic examples won't. Your production version, trained on 6 months of your actual tickets including your shorthand, will โ€” that's the entire point of custom training versus a generic ChatGPT wrapper. Acceptance criteria (8 of 10 on a test set you provide) are written into the contract before payment.
What if the model doesn't work when we get it?
The contract includes acceptance criteria defined at kickoff (8 of 10 correct responses on your test queries) and a 30-day post-acceptance warranty. If the model doesn't meet the agreed criteria, you don't pay the final 50%. If issues surface within 30 days of acceptance, retraining is on my dime.
How much work is this for our team?
Minimal. You export 3โ€“6 months of ticket history from your PSA (one-time pull, CSV or JSON), share internal docs, and join one 30-minute kickoff call. Everything else โ€” formatting, training, deployment, validation โ€” is on my side. Average client involvement is under 3 hours of staff time across the entire engagement.
Can it integrate with our PSA / RMM / ticketing system?
The standard deployment is a standalone chat interface your team accesses via web browser or command line. PSA and ticketing-system integrations (ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo, etc.) are available as a separate custom scope quoted on top of the base build. Most clients start standalone and add integration in month 2 or 3.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. The build is a one-time project with no ongoing commitment. The optional $300/month retainer โ€” for ongoing retraining and support โ€” can be canceled with 30 days' notice at any time. Your model keeps working regardless of whether you continue the retainer.
